Determine the certificate authority file and/or directory. # grep -i '^tls_cacert' /etc/ldap.conf For each file or directory returned, check the permissions. # ls -lLd If the mode of the file or directory contains a '+', an extended ACL is present. If the file has an extended ACL and it has not been documented with the IAO, this is a finding. |

Remove the extended ACL from the certificate file. Procedure: For each certificate file found remove all extended permissions # setfacl --remove-all |
